1. General Information

This website provides access to e-commerce services, events and retreats, online courses, and monthly subscription offerings. Using this site, (https://vickie-miller.com) you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

2. E-Commerce & Online Course Purchases

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Digital and physical products are sold “as-is.” Refunds or exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Events & Retreats

Cancellation if requested by participant/payee
- 60 days+ before scheduled retreat date ~ eligible for a full refund* MINUS 10% processing fee, or a maximum of $150, whichever is larger.
- 30-60 days ~ 50% refund*
- Less than 30 days ~ NON-REFUNDABLE*

Cancellation by Host/Provider
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel the event/retreat (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), all participants will receive a **full refund** or the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat.

*Important Notes: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (support@vickie-miller.com), unless another method has been authorized.

Refunds will be processed within [14 days] of cancellation confirmation.

The host (Vickie Miller or other party) has discretion with the fees to cover related deposits/expenses related to third-party booking/reservation policies.

Limited Attendance & Bookings
- Due to limited capacity, event/retreat reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
- We recommend booking well in advance to secure your spot.

Payment (deposit if stated) is due at the time of booking/pre-booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy above.
You agree to abide by any specific guidelines, terms of service, and venue-related policies as outlined for each event or retreat.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

Monthly subscription services will renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellations for subscription-based services must be made at least five (5) days before the renewal date.
- Option 1: Using your “my account” portal
- Option 2: Requested through Vickie Miller Support
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt its functionality or use it for unlawful purposes.
User accounts must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Vickie Miller and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of this website or participation in our services.
